For this blog, imagine that your friend is a great athlete and wants to try steroids. Write your friend a letter in which you persuade him/her not to use this drug. Consider all of the negative side effects from the reading, and use your own words to describe some of them to your friend.
Your letter should be about one paragraph.

What's up? Do you feel okay? I heard about you, and somebody said that you are going to buy some steroids. Are you going to eat them? I don't understand why the buff guy like you is going to have the worst drug I have ever heard? You know Ami, right? Last year she had the drugs consistently, and her personality started to change in a bad way. Even though she is a mother, she doesn't even care about her children anymore. She always fights against them, yells at them, and even hits on them several times. And you know Jeff who has had the drug for a long time, like for five years? He was divorced because of his side effect. It is not easy to say, but the drugs are going to ruin your physical conditions. I heard about him, and his wife didn't like him because of his physical conditions were very weird, mental condition as well. His emotion fluctuated so many times in a day, her wife was so mad at him. You know, you have to contemplate. It is not an easy decision. You look good. Please satisfy with your appearance. It is like usual drugs. You are going to be addicted. Once you are addicted, nobody can help you. You have to notice that.

I am really appreciating it, and I am sure you are going to be great baseball player. However, I just worry about something that there are a lot of drugs there. In order to prevent you taking the steroids, I searched about steroids. Through the information, it is really bad. I saw some article which someone wrote down after taking the steroids for a long time. He said after taking this medicine, his personality was changed. He was easy to fight with other people because of steroids. He said he cannot stand anything that made him bother when he took steroids. Moreover steroids made his body collapsed. I know the steroids make people’s mental condition and body bad. Actually I do not know about how feel you are when you have this drug. But I can understand a little. Hey, come on Kiko, are you ok? I heard that you are trying to have the steroids, are you serious about it? You know one of friends tried the steroids three years ago when I was studying in the university. The reason she used it just for curiosity. She saw the advertisement and knew it might make her looked charming and attractive. But in fact after she stopped using the steroids, problem follows such as bad temper, drinking so much, and even worse is that there are some physical pains and mental problem. And she broke up with her boyfriend. And after that she used the steroids again and heavily. The even worse thing happened that she became addicted to the steroids, and once she had an examination for bearing, the doctor told her that the steroids has already ruined her physical status by the time she used it. She may not able to have a baby in the future. Nothing is worse that it. So I hope you can have a serious consideration before using it.

How is it going? I wish you are doing ok. Long time we don’t have talking together. Now, how about steroids? Is it right you want to try them? I know you like to be a famous athlete but if you do it be sure you choose the wrong way to reach to your goal. Have you heard what negatives are when you have steroids? They can affect on your body and change it mentally and physically. Also, you may be addicted on them. Some people who have tried steroids mentioned that the problems which steroids cause them. They gained extra weight and their bodies have changed. Maybe you don’t know what will happen? May you'll have pimples in your face and your nipples will change with pain. Also, it is easy to have extra weight and your body will stop producing hormones. All these problems can make you in bad situation. You are still young, and if you try steroids that will affect on the natural testosterone level. At that time you will like girls a little bit and you couldn’t live as a man. Steroids can affect on you mentally. They make people more aggressive and depressed. You won't be patient in any case; you'll have fighting with any body even your parents and your friends. We don’t want to lose you. You can be addicted when you have steroids and then you'll lose yourself.
Be careful with that and don’t listen to any body who wants you to try steroids, be sure you'll lose your health, mind and your social life.

Therefore, I do not have enough time to do something else. However, I have just heard Johnny said that you want happier and you are trying using drugs to enhance your achievement. Is it true? No common guy. You know, many people desire to be a successful athlete like you. You did very good job last year and I am also happy when I thinking about that. Why do you think that using drugs can help you better? Stay with your performance guy. I am sure that do not know about its harm much. I strongly believe that and if you can know about it, you will not think about it any more. Anabolic steroids are one of the doping drugs and using it when play sport is illegal. In addition, you know, using it can lead to many negative effects on your bodies and your mind I think. It is a horrible drug I have ever known. Many people, especially young male students and athletes, are using it and they can not give it up. They are addicted to this drug. Do you want to be a strong man but it is artificial? You will look like a monster. You will gain weight quickly and use more and more the amount of drugs. If you use it, you will become extremely aggressive. In my opinion it’s not strange that if some people are looking for being attractive. As far as there are some women who with selling their sex maybe try to show themselves, so it’s normal that some men are looking for some short and easy ways that make them more striking. Using some drugs like steroid is one of the most common ways that causes body seems more powerful. People usually after using these drugs gradually being become addict to them and their body adapt to them. As the passage mentioned there are some disadvantages about the usage of some drugs.
We can divide drugs effects in two parts:
1-Individual influence:
Basically, People who use drugs often suffer from shortage of some macho genes and usually they are reluctant for having any relationship with the opposite sex. In addition, they are emotionally depressed and they keep in themselves.
2-social influence:
In this section person can be so aggressive and ready for fighting with the others.
Actually by using these drugs they think that they are so strong and nobody can conquer them.
But if they don’t use them for a couple days, they will be unhappy and feel so weak.
I believe that best way for being in shape, is a regular exercise and use fresh and low calories food.

It might be a long time we haven’t seen yet, right? How are u and how ur work? U must be busy like a bee in ur soccer team. Anyway, I hope you are always healthy. Because I just heard an terrible news about you from someone, I have to write to u immediately. you want to try some kind of drug, right? If that is true, I’m unbelievable u want to do that. Taking or infecting might be a worst thing that I even can not image. Occasionally, I wander in the internet and pick some information about drug effects. U know nothing is good even specially serious. Last week, my teacher gave me an assignment related to steroid therefore I can give u a load of examples with very bad consequences. Listen, steroid can make u bigger and stronger in short time but that is artificial, because water is kept inside ur body, not a natural body. Beside of body changing, ur characteristic is also so bad. Can u feel comfortable with hurt on body. Actually No. An online friend shared his experiences when he was addict that he always willing to be angry with anybody almost time, he even couldn’t control himself. In addition, his sexual lust decreased so that he treat girl as people. But that was not the worst, it would be extremely serious when he became a addict depended on steroid dosage gradually risen and changed every day without impossible to stop using it. She said to me that she couldn't sleep because she worried about you. So, I'll give you a few pieces of advice and information about negative side effects of steroids. I learned about negative side effects of steroids at my school. Of course, I know that you want to be a great athlete, but please do not try drug. If you have steroids, you can be addicted about steroids like drug. It can make you aggressive and less attentive. Also, your body can stop producing hormone. I think you should reconsider your thinking to have steroids. I don't want you to be addicted to steroids. It will be good for you. Not only for your present, but also for your future.

Maybe you will wonder why i ask you so much . yes, i am so worry about you guy. your girlfriend told me that you want to do a stupid thing, you want to try steroids to get the success quickly. Do not use that! it is very dangerous because i know obviously its bad effects. I read some article about the problems which a some athletes get when they use steroids. Actually, steroid is very addicting like drugs. They make your body become bigger but not normal. especially your mind and body will be effected by many terrible symptoms, such as strange acne, extremely agitated and ultimately changing of natural testosterone . For instance, your face will be covered by a lot of bizarre acne which can be explore anytime, so no body likes to live near you man. Moreover, if you are discovered using steroids , you will be kicked out of competitions. I believe that you have ability and you can be the best by practicing hard. Hi, buddy. What's going on? you look totally different when we met last year. I heard you have taken an overdose of steroid. Why don't you stop taking right now? It is very bad to take an overdose of steroid for people. you seemed like thinking that it made a good body shape. but, it is wrong thinking. It makes you ruin and mess. My another friend took a steroid every day and then he had mental and physical disease. he became extremely aggressive and abandoned all academic and family resoponsibilities. He had 30 pounds as weel. Furthermore, His sex life stoped for a long time because that drug made him enhance his lust, which eventually led to acuteperversion. So, he was almost broken up with his wife. Can you imagine that? you cannot avoid if you will not stop taking drug.

How are you so far? I am now in California to study English at CSUF. I just meet your sister this morning and I heard that you plan to use steroid to make your body more attractive. I agreed everyone would like the body become more attractive. But in my opinion, you should not use it. You seem do not know about disadvantages of steroid and its horrible effects. It will be affected a lot to your live, body and mind. And when a person is using steroid, he/she has psychological disorder that increase when usage stop. One disorder is anxiety from the loss of superior feeling you get from the drug. Let me share a true story about my friend who used drug for a long time, at the first period, he looked strong with big muscles, he proud with his appearance. However, his muscles were bigger and bigger so he decided to stop use it. Do you know what happened? He felt tired, sad, lonely, and become more sensitive when did not use steroid. His memory has problems so he got a lot of complains from his boss and colleagues as well as customers. He has had to go to hospital to do some tests and health treat. So, I think there are many ways to make people more attractive, and using steroid is not the best way to do it. You should deeply consider before using steroid.
